DIMECC Ltd. was established in 2016 by merging two companies FIMECC Ltd. and DIGILE Ltd., which had been operating since 2008 in public-private-parthership sector. They both brought their own competencies and networks to the new company, FIMECC the manufacturing industry, and DIGILE the ict-sector.
