The direction de l'information légale et administrative (DILA) is a central administration department of the Prime Minister's Office, placed under the authority of the Secretary General of the Government.
Its missions :
- LEGAL DISSEMINATION
DILA is responsible for publishing laws and decrees in the Journal Officiel de la République française (#JORF). It publishes and disseminates French legislative and regulatory texts on the Légifrance.gouv.fr legal access website.
It publishes all legal, economic and financial information relating to public contracts, business life and associations (BODACC//BOAMP/BALO).

DILA is the publisher of the official French administration website, service-public.fr and its professional version entreprendre.service-public.fr
- PUBLIC DEBATE & PUBLISHING
With the editions of La Documentation française, DILA is the preferred partner of more than 100 administrations and organisations. It also offers printing services to administrations.
A free information site on public life and current public debate, vie-publique.fr offers the keys to understanding public policies and the major debates that drive society.
