DG Capital Partners is a private equity house specialising in real estate and real estate derivative investments. DG Capital uses private equity funds to acquire debt instruments, from lenders which are secured against UK real estate assets. Additionally we will also acquire properties and property holding companies which have been, or are about to be, repossessed by lenders. Using a variety of strategies we enable our equity sources to take advantage of specific market conditions where the upside reward outweighs the downside risk and acceptable returns on equiyt can be generated over the medium term.
