Delaware Thoroughbred Horsemen’s Association promotes live thoroughbred racing. They offer to advocate horsemen’s interests with the racing commission, legislature, and park management. They work for the improvement of training facilities and living conditions of the horsemen, their employees, and backstretch personnel. They support an on-track wellness clinic, with medical services for the backstretch. They provide social and recreational programs.
