DEC-MECH is focused on supporting project managers, engineering managers and business owners with value adding engineering, drafting, project management and improvement services. We deliver these services utilising lean principles that encourage collaboration, innovation, quality, accountability and continuous improvement. Our vision is to become world leaders in integrated and collaborative lean engineering project delivery along with our clients and our partners. We provide a complete lean engineering project delivery service for all projects between $5k-$5m including all engineering, design, drafting, management, inspection and documentation. We leverage our partners capabilities where necessary on these small projects and seamlessly work as part of a larger team on major projects. For major projects we provide project support services on either an ad-hoc or longer term basis.
