CYGNUS, Inc. is a small business located in the panhandle of North Idaho, which manufactures high quality sheet metal parts and assemblies for the aerospace industry. Since our inception, CYGNUS was developed as a corporation based on a Code of Ethics, which stresses trust building teamwork, continuous business improvement, total quality, dedication to detail accuracy, and financial conservatism. Typical parts we manufacture include aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium parts up to 10 feet in length, such as brackets, panels, angles, clips, doublers, enclosures, etc.; larger more complex parts with joggles and formed lightening holes such as intercostals and webs, and assemblies which have included up to 30 component parts in total.
