CyberForward Academy works with an ecosystem of partners to deliver focused cyber security talent development across five phases.
Phase 1: Participants with the right aptitudes for cyber security work are identified via community organizations, educational institutions, and other efforts.
Phase 2: Participants in the program are introduced to foundational cyber security topics and key soft skills.
Phase 3: Work-Based Learning and exercises are delivered by active industry professionals.
Phase 4: Participants gain work experience through engagement with employers or capstone projects.
Phase 5: Our hiring partners engage select participants on contract or full-time work.
Our main course offering is provided free of charge to participants, and is enabled by sponsorships, scholarships, and public funding. Seats are limited.
