In the early 2000s, our founder Cybele Pascal was a professional writer living in New York City. But after her son was diagnosed with food allergies, her world changed. Then in 2013, Cybele founded Cybele’s Free-to-Eat so she could bring her favorite recipes to the masses. The company soon debuted two lines of allergy-friendly foods.
