CyT builds custom software out of free building blocks. Main area of expertise is building custom solutions for business processes. This is mostly done by implementing web apps using the Ruby on Rails framework. Using Open Source components for almost all aspect is both an economic and an idealistic choice. Bookyt is an online accounting and invoicing service with a focus on Swiss regulations, conventions and language. The code is available under a free license and is professionally supported by CyT. A hosted service is currently in Beta.
