The history of Culinarium begins in 1863 when Delfí Elías founded Casa Delfín, a small family business in Tàrrega. What initially began as a neighborhood store that supplied the local population, was transformed over the decades into a business supplying kitchen utensils and tableware for restaurants and hotels, being today one of the leading companies in the sector in Spain.
In 1996, the descendants and fifth generation of the family decide to create a new distribution concept with physical stores for the hotelier, but they quickly discover that the visitor is the private client. It is then that the company that we know today as Culinarium was created, born with the desire to help cook and serve food better at home, with the most innovative techniques and the best tools with advice at the height of our clients.
