Crossconnect Engineering is a multi-departmental IT firm operating out of Colorado Springs. Crossconnect's Managed Services division handles the needs of local Colorado customers requiring support for their technology. We support desktops, Windows servers, Linux servers, and interoperability with tablets & smartphones. Our IT solutions are designed around having the feeling of being an on-staff resource without the price tag of a full-time employee. All plans are structured around an "all you can eat" support strategy, allowing any of your staff to contact us at any time about any IT issue. Our plans include the latest offsite backup strategies, allowing for hybrid onsite/offsite backups that meet every business need. We also sells Cisco-based and Asterisk-based phone systems, with all the common business features. Crossconnect's Consulting division provides high-end network and voice-over-IP consulting. Our Cisco engineers hold multiple certifications in different Cisco fields. We can provide support on most modern network equipment from any network vendor, but we specialize in Cisco routing & switching and firewalls. We also consult for Call Manager, Call Manager Express, Cisco PIX/ASA firewall platform, and Cisco UBE (CUBE) SIP gateway. Crossconnect's Consulting division also provides SIP trunking conversion services, having handled multiple successful nationwide projects. Our services include both the technical and administrative services of the SIP conversion.
