CrossPurpose offers a free 6-month career and community development program aiming to abolish spiritual, economic, and relational poverty in Denver and beyond.
We recruit and select neighbors--called Leaders--who are ready to do whatever it takes to attain financial self-sufficiency. We then provide Leaders with personal and professional training, build a supportive community around each one, and help place the Leader in a career path that pays $22/hour or more.
