Locally owned and founder led, our vision is to be the premier provider of management services to community associations in the Greater Houston Area. With over 100 years of combined industry experience, our leadership team endeavors to be the management company chosen for our demonstrated expertise, integrity, and professionalism. Crest Management Company was founded in 1993 with 5 associations. We still manage 4 of those 5 today. Through 30 years of controlled, methodical growth, and a focus on client retention, we currently manage over 170 community associations. Crest is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), an international organization dedicated to building better communities. Crest is 1 of only 10 management companies in the Houston area to have earned the Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC®) designation through CAI.
