Creative Pause

Creative Pause has its earliest beginnings as a project called "Design Your Dream Job". Pamela's MBA thesis project with the Hellon Service Design Agency. The thesis was called "Doing Unemployment Better: Using user-centred design to create an employment bridging service". It was really about teaching people tools to improve self reflection, build their confidence, and widen their scope of possibilities during unemployment. But these are skills most of us need to reach our potential. So after more than a year of testing and refining, we have been able to take the feedback and evolve the concept over time.
