Coweta Judicial Circuit District Attorney'S Office

The mission of the Coweta Judicial Circuit's District Attorney's Office is to pursue justice on behalf of the community and victims of crime, to uphold the law, and to maintain the trust of the people we serve. This office will accomplish this mission by being motivated to do what is right in each case, by being fair, respectful, and honest to all people with whom we interact, and by executing our duties with humility. The Coweta Judicial Circuit is comprised of 5 counties: Carroll, Coweta, Heard, Meriwether, and Troup. With approximately 25 Assistant District Attorneys across the Circuit handling one of the largest felony caseloads in the State, we rely on hard work, teamwork, and a dedication to the pursuit of justice to accomplish our mission. Our employees at all levels are dedicated to pursuing justice with honor and humility in everything we do. We aim to treat everyone fairly, respectfully, and professionally, as we seek the truth and a just result in each case. By pursuing justice in this manner, and with a focus on transparency, we seek to earn and maintain the trust of the communities we protect and serve every day.
