We are a group of psychotherapist's practicing gestalt therapy in Melbourne. Our approach to counselling and psychotherapy is to promote self awareness, consciousness and authenticity, so that there is an understanding of the human experience in the present moment. There is an acknowledgement that the relationship between client and therapist is an important vehicle in this process allowing the client to gain new perspectives, increased awareness and alternative patterns of thinking and feeling.
