We now target Investments between $1.0 million and to $25.0 million. As a private investment firm, we have the flexibility to provide a wide range of solutions and the ability to move quickly to help business owners capitalize on opportunities, accelerate growth, and preserve equity. We partner with commercial banks, private equity, and other investors to package capital solutions that support business growth and enhance shareholder returns. Financing includes senior secured, subordinate secured, mezzanine debt & equity, and bridge loans, and equity.
