We will bring you long lasting friendships and fresh ideas that are created in our café. All combined with local quality products and ingredients from all over the world. In this way, we let you think about what you eat. After all, CosmoCafé does more than just serve food and drinks. We show that sustainable food, healthy living together and ecological recovery are necessary to achieve a better world. A part of every euro you spend in the CosmoCafé will be donated to the MOUTH Foundation. This is a non-profit organization that supports and develops the various social and scientific projects of Koen Vanmechelen. Today, projects are ongoing in Belgium, Ethiopia, Zimbabwe and the United States. All of these projects strengthen biocultural diversity and support local communities.
