Founded in 2016, Corporate Law Academy is the first student association of Bocconi University to be completely focused on the branch of corporate law.
Its primary objective is to promote in-depth analysis on topics related to this legal field, in order to minimize the existing divide separating students and the professional environment.
The team is made up by 40+ members, chosen on a yearly basis amongst the most passioned and motivated candidates, who have been able to distinguish themselves thanks to their notable skills in terms of team working, problem solving and strong interest in contemporary economic and legal issues.
CLA’s associates have taken part in several workshop experiences in some of the most acclaimed law firms in Milan, during which they’ve had the chance to deal with incredibly stimulating corporate law environments, improving their knowledge and personal network.
In order to examine in detail the most relevant professional dynamics, a plethora of conferences involving exponents of this field have been organized as well as moot-courts during which the associates can test their own skills in dealing with concrete cases.
CLA is also delighted to publish articles regarding current legal and economic issue on a weekly basis, as well as brief explanations of the most used legal tools which are of common use in corporate operations.
By doing so, the association is also available for teaching services to those who may be interested in the topics that we focus on.
