With wide ranging experience in managing simple and complex portfolios and funds, including closed and open-ended fund structures, listed and unlisted property companies we are well placed to look after Clients interests however they are set up. Cordatus can provide both the asset and portfolio investment management skills and the financial management and reporting back up and infrastructure that are essential to the efficient and profitable ownership of real estate. Key to our service provision is our extensive contact base and a sound operating model that has been proven to deliver out-performance to our clients and their portfolios. Both our contacts and our operating model have been developed using the 65 years of combined real estate market experience of the key directors - 50 years of which has been spent in the real estate fund management industry.
