We are pleased to announce that CAHG (Corbett Accel Healthcare Group) is returning to its original name, Corbett. The name has its roots in founder, Frank J Corbett, who opened the agency in 1962 with a single client, Westwood Pharmaceuticals. Located in Chicago, Corbett was one of the first agencies dedicated specifically to healthcare, and remains one of the most enduring brands in healthcare advertising.
We’ve grown a lot in the past 50+ years, expanding from a Chicago‐based agency to a technology‐driven, cross‐geography agency with offices in Chicago, New York, and San Francisco. We’re now part of the TBWA\WorldHealth network, and have a global footprint that extends to 45 offices in 33 countries. We are fortunate to work on some of the most important brands of our century—brands that will forever change lives and even cure disease.
As we reflect on our history and look forward to the next 50 years, it seems a perfect time to say goodbye to CAHG, and return to simply Corbett.
Simpler is better in many ways. As healthcare decision-making becomes increasingly complicated, it’s up to us to find ways to streamline things, create bite‐sized interactions, and build better experiences. Doing so leads to stronger engagement with customers. As we partner with our clients to take advantage of the monumental shifts that are positively shaping our business—digital technology, patient as priority, and the personalization of healthcare—we will work hard to keep things simple. And easy to pronounce!
