CoCoCo is a Nordic management consulting company with global reach. Based in Copenhagen, a significant share of our business is based abroad, mainly in the Nordic countries. The CoCoCo consultant has deep industry insight, high integrity, is passionate about consulting and client service. Where the industry standard is the “pyramid” with more junior consultants than senior, we have decided to go our own way and work with the “bucket” principle. The “bucket” means: more senior experts than project managers, and more consultants than junior consultants. We believe that this model is necessary for consistently high client service.
