Copenhagen Capital Partners (CCP) is a boutique Management consulting and venture developer company, who work in digital infrastructure and energy sphere. The company was created in Dubai in 2012, and we have since then utilized our deep industry knowledge to incept, scale, clean-up and perform turnarounds in the digital infrastructure and utility sphere. We assist in incepting new ventures with Private Equity companies and banks, and we are also involved in the execution of the venture throughout the development phase. We work on the behalf of established AssetCo´s and capital partners to lower OPEX/CAPEX, document asset value, clean-up, turnarounds and buy/sell-side preparation. As a facilitator and industry expert in investments for infrastructure, we have, together with our partners, access to more than 1 trillion USD funding facilities for the right ventures. The company is owned by Baltzer-Gede Holding, located in Greater Copenhagen. Baltzer-gede Holding was founded in 2005, and holds interests in several other companies.
