ConsultAndes is a Lima-based consulting firm with over 15 years of experience providing strategic corporate advisory services to leading international and local companies doing business in the Andean region. We offer specialized services in: strategic project design and implementation for senior management; corporate communications and public relations advisory services; support in crisis prevention and management; and community relations and corporate social responsibility strategy development and implementation. In addition, the firm currently implements the United States Agency for International Development's (USAID) Stengthening Institutions and Policies project in Peru, and has been a subcontractor on multiple USAID projects. Our professionals have extensive experience in the private and public sectors of the Andean markets and the United States and are comfortable working with clients from varied cultural and geographic backgrounds.
