Conscious Conversations

At Conscious Conversations we provide a short, focused intervention to kick-start a culture where better communication takes place. Using our combined expertise, gained over many years in senior communications and human resources positions, we make people conscious of the way they communicate with each other. We guide and encourage them to become aware of any weaknesses, develop new skills and begin to apply these in conversations, with the ultimate aim that it becomes so natural they’ll do it unconsciously. Our sessions are creative, interactive and fun! With practice, we can all become more confident at getting the best from any interaction, even the ones we often shy away from - difficult conversations including giving and receiving feedback. Ultimately, better conversations lead to greater openness, improved trust and more effective relationships.
