Our Mission
Conner Academy exists to provide a challenging yet nurturing environment for seasoned change practitioners as they pursue individual mastery of their craft (Magnify program), or as part of an internal team that aspires to be collectively viewed by its leadership as representing highly valued trusted advisors (Amplify program).
If you are a practitioner on either track, we are committed to accelerating your impact by providing advanced developmental opportunities untethered to any particular change approach or methodology.
Our Constituency
Participants in either of Conner Academy’s programs are organizational support specialists (change management, OD, HR, leadership development, IT, strategic planning, etc.) who serve as agents of change within their own organizations or for the organizations with whom they consult. Regardless of their areas of expertise (whether they function as internal or external resources, serve as solo practitioners or as part of a team), their role is to foster the successful execution of endeavors that involve major change.
Our Curriculum
Conner Academy’s offerings focus on the relationship between you and your clients. This work is not about the content of what you convey to clients. It is about how you show up when interacting with them—not what you do but who you are. It is about raising your game as a seasoned change practitioner. Character and presence are at the heart of our programs.
The gateway learning experience for all Academy participants is the Foundations workshop, which is offered for both individuals and teams. It is structured and facilitated to investigate three themes:
Exploring the impact character and presence has on you and your clients
Creating a stronger, more authentic alignment between your character and presence
Securing client relationships where character and presence is highly valued
