Concordia Employers’ Confederation represents 15 of the most important sectors in the national economy and is a social dialogue partner, representative at national level. Comprising a total of over 350.000 employees in more than 1.800 small and large enterprises, with both foreign and local capital, Concordia is the only Romanian organization member of BusinessEurope, International Organization of Employers and Business at OECD (BIAC). As a representative social dialogue partner, our interests span across a large area of subjects such as labour market and social dialogue, education, digitalization, consumers’ protection, future of transport, EU funds, circular economy.
