We were founded in 2011 by Doug Conant, a globally-renowned Fortune 500 CEO with over 45 years of leadership experience at world-class global companies. He is the former CEO of Campbell Soup Company, former President of Nabisco Foods, and former Chairman of Avon Products. He has served as Chairman of CECP, Chairman of the Higher Ambition Leadeship Institute, and on a multitude of for-profit and non-profit boards. And he is the bestselling author of two books on leadership: TouchPoints co-authored with Mette Norgaard and The Blueprint co-authored with Amy Federman. ConantLeadership's purpose is making meaning, not money. Our Founder Doug does not take a salary, and all profits after covering our operating costs are donated to organizations whose leadership is moving the world forward.
