Computational Thinking Alliance (CTA), is an affiliation of non- and for-profit partners dedicated to helping schools enable students to develop computational thinking skills while learning math. Through our programs, we intend to help teachers and students develop in an engagingly playful and sustainably, scalable way, math knowledge and computational thinking skills.
Empowering a global community of creative problem solvers, while addressing declining math and STEM scores in an equitable and accessible fashion is more challenging than any single company or organization can address. In 2018 CTA was formed as an alliance of non-profit and for-profit partners dedicated to retooling schools for Computational Thinking Education. CTA now serves as a catalyst for education organizations, non-profit and for-profit partners, and practitioners to conceptualize and operationalize computational thinking efforts.
Implementation of a large program with many partners requires coordination and program management independent of any specific execution or funding partners. Further, to guide both the education impact and the organizational leadership of partnerships.
