The Community Health Improvement Center (CHIC) and Frances Nelson Health Center (FNHC) are community health centers located in Central Illinois. The Community Health Improvement Center is located in Decatur, Illinois and Frances Nelson Health Center is a satellite clinic of CHIC’s located in Champaign, Illinois. Our mission is to strive to provide exceptional, compassionate, and comprehensive health care to the underserved of Central Illinois while encouraging professional growth, teamwork, and respect toward our coworkers in the clinic and throughout the community. The Community Health Centers provide the following services: •Comprehensive Outpatient Pediatric and Adult Medical Care •Mental Health Services •After Hours Coverage
