Community Associations Institute (CAI) is an international organization dedicated to building better communities. For more than 40 years, CAI has been the leader in providing education and resources to the volunteer homeowners who govern condominium, cooperative and homeowner associations and the professionals who support them. Our members include community association volunteer leaders, professional managers, community management firms and other professionals and companies that provide products and services to associations. The Keystone Chapter covers the entire Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, parts of Southern New Jersey and New Castle County, Delaware. CAI offers: - Educational workshops, seminars and webinars for homeowners, elected volunteer leaders and community association managers. - Best Practices Reports and other research projects through the CAI Research Foundation. - Trade shows, Expos and other networking opportunities. - Publications, reports and a national and chapter bi-monthly magazine. - Educational content on our website.
