CommStream Capital Limited (CommStream) offers Australian farmers alternative funding solutions to invest in on-farm productivity or expansion initiatives. Via a commodity streaming agreement, CommStream pays farmers upfront, for the long-term (5-10 years) physical delivery of up to 20% of annual average crop production. CommStream also pays an annual delivery payment and shares commodity price upside with the farmer. With a partnership focus, CommStream allows farmers to pay in physical commodity, whilst also providing flexibility through contract extensions or crop-in-lieu delivery.
