All of my courses are based on trust, acceptance and belonging. I work on the principle of connection before content, where students are seen, heard and valued. It's a creative space. To prosper, students must feel and experience their vulnerability and authenticity equally. The result is a shared melting pot, a fusion of ideas and practical experiences. This goes beyond Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion. It embraces all aspects of psychological safety.
In recent years, previous students have invited me to deliver training in Kurdistan, Mauritius, The Faroe Islands, Belgium, Brazil, Scotland, Bangladesh, Palestine/Israel, Romania, France, Italy, Malta, and Spain. I like to go that extra mile.
