Class sizes are always small to enable lessons to be adapted according to the needs of the children within them. It is our belief that children get the most out of classes with no more that 6-8 children in them. What types of 11+ preparation are available with Colchester 11 Plus Tuition? You can choose all or any of the following services offered: 1. Weekly tuition in small groups - running throughout the year. 2. Subject specific revision workshops - During the summer holidays and May half term. 3. Mock exams - timetabled for April, May, June, July, August and September. All parents benefit from regular feedback after classes and via email, so that you are completely up to date with how your child is doing. When do children start tuition? Children may join the tuition programme at any time in year 4 or 5, but spaces in weekly classes will never exceed the maximum number of eight. Putting your child’s name down early is recommended and you are welcome to contact us to do so up to 2 years ahead of time to guarantee your child’s place.
