Coastal Hospitality Management Company is the property management company responsible for operating Coastal Hospitality Group assets, including both hotel and restaurant businesses. CHMCO currently has two properties under management, including a boutique motel in the coastal city of San Clemente, California, and a 61 unit resort property in the heart of Palm Springs, along with a 250 seat restaurant with full liquor license.
