Coactive Building Design was established with the belief that good design should not be done in isolation - it is a collaborative approach that achieves the best results. Specialising in both Commercial and Residential Building Design, Director Mark Benson holds expertise in all sectors with over 17 years' experience gained from working in prominent Tasmanian Architectural practices. Our designs are client focussed. We are not ego driven, but rather performance results driven where our pride doesn't lie in whether or not a building will win an award but because it suits the client and satisfies their needs. In addition to our client and stakeholders, we collaborate with other designers, engineers and specialist consultants, project managers, builders and sub-trades, bringing together multiple skill sets and expertise to produce the most practical solutions. We understand the process can be complex but by engaging Coactive Building Design, it doesn't have to be. We can coordinate site investigations, engineers and specialist consultants, council approvals and contractors, acting in your interests and as your single point of contact.
