CoachWise provides Coaching and Leadership Development to executives in business, government, and non-profit organizations. Clients may be new to a key position, involved in succession planning or management development or faced with high impact change such as mergers and acquisitions. Using a wide variety of tools and concepts including those from The Newfield Network, MBTI, and transactional analysis we work with individuals and small management teams. Depending on the needs of the client, we engage in confidential conversations on the phone or in person.
