Cline Design was founded in 1989 in Raleigh, N.C., and has evolved over the past 30+ years to include over 100 employees, two offices – with a second in Charlotte, N.C. – and studios that specialize in architecture, interior design, FF&E procurement, landscape architecture, land planning, and branding. As experts at designing the experience of living well, Cline is committed to improving lives and transforming communities by imagining places that bring people together. From multi-family and mixed-use to adaptive reuse and workplaces, our interdisciplinary design approach balances the developer's goals with the end-user's needs.
