Clear Horizon is a group of enthusiastic, passionate, professionals delivering monitoring, evaluation, and planning with a strong focus on participatory approaches and facilitation. Our consultants have extensive experience in evaluation and facilitation; all hold relevant professional qualifications, are members of the Australasian Evaluation Society and are bound by their code of ethics. We pride ourselves on producing in-depth and analytical evaluation reports based on the latest theories in international program evaluation literature. A common thread across all our work is our desire to build the capacity of our clients to do their own effective monitoring and evaluation. We work across diverse sectors with a range of clients who share our goals and who are working to increase the public good.
