Clean Shift Energy is an employee-owned Independent Power Producer (IPP) based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Our experienced management team has over 50 years of combined experience in the development, management, and financing of large-scale power projects across all renewable and conventional energy technologies. We are committed to accelerating the transition to clean energy and have a pipeline of over 2 GW of mid to late-stage projects. After 14 years as the origination, development, financing, and asset management vertical of National Renewable Energy Corporation (NARENCO), an integrated solar IPP and Engineering, Procurement and Construction company (EPC), CSE successfully launched as a stand-alone entity in 2023 with the legacy leadership team, existing deep project pipeline, proprietary market knowledge, and execution capabilities developed over the last decade plus.
