Clarity Singapore is a mental health charity that empowers persons with mental health issues to lead meaningful lives through support, acceptance and recovery. We understand that every individual has different mental health needs and to serve these varying needs, we offer services, such as one-on-one individualised therapy sessions, group programmes, psycho-educational workshops/talks, collaborations with community and corporate partners and social media outreach engagements. Through our services, we aim to help individuals from all walks of life, regardless of race, religion or culture, who are struggling with mental health conditions arising from anxiety and depression, which include trauma, pre- and post-natal stress, bereavement and loss, relationship and other emotional issues. We are one of 26 Member Organisations tasked with a social mission for the church and a company limited by guarantee with IPC status. We are a member of the National Council of Social Services (NCSS) and work with partners like the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC), Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) THRIVE and the Institute of Mental Health (IMH) to deliver mental health interventions to the community.
