City Of London Police (National Fraud Lead)

As well as policing the 'square mile' in the capital's finance district, City of London Police is recognised as the national policing lead force for fraud. The force's Economic Crime Directorate is dedicated to preventing and investigating fraud at all levels and is home to Action Fraud (the national fraud reporting centre), the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau, Fraud Squads, the Police Intellectual Property Crime Unit (PIPCU) and the Insurance Fraud Enforcement Department (IFED).
