In the heart of Idaho’s Magic Valley, Jerome is a rural community surrounded by fertile irrigated farmland, desert valleys, the majestic Snake River Canyon, and the inspiring Sawtooth Mountains. The very first lot was sold in Jerome at a public auction on September 30, 1907. As of the year 2010, the City of Jerome has grown to more than 10,890 residents and covers a geographic area just over five and one-half square miles.
