From our nostalgic downtown storefronts to the famous Fillmore & Western Railway, the City of Fillmore is the “Best Small Town in California” The City of Fillmore was incorporated on July 10, 1914 and is a full-service municipality serving 16,419 residents within the 2.2 square mile city limits. About 35 full time employees and a handful of part time employees focus on delivering key services to our residents, business, and visitors to ensure Fillmore remains a fiscally stable, economically vibrant, safe, clean, and desirable community.
