City Industrial Property (CIP) was established primarily to take care of the City Logistics Group property requirements, whilst looking for additional opportunities to provide cost effective industrial property solutions and partnerships for third parties. Focusing on replacing the group rentals and all new requirements, with purpose built quality facilities, CIP has 17 properties in the portfolio currently with the addition of 3 more in the pipeline. Facilities vary from 2,000sqm - 46,000sqm warehousing and distribution facilities, to container handling parks, to long distance depots and specialised workshop facilities. With a focus on commercial scale properties we are ensuring all new buildings are built with the leading green building standards in mind.
