The Citizen’s Public Safety Network (CPSN). Our mission is to facilitate and promote citizen-to-citizen (#C2C) public safety reporting, technology, research, investigations, education and perpetrator alerts of those whom present a public safety risk by their repeated exploitation of vulnerable persons. This includes all taxpaying citizens and especially the elderly, those with disabilities, children, victims of domestic violence, bullying, harassment, person crimes as well as fraud, negligence, exploitation, malpractice, business, professional and facility violations. We provide public aegis to those whom have had their civil and inalienable human rights violated — A voice for all persons whom are constitutionally protected under Federal Acts, State Statutes, Municipal Codes, Occupational License Ethics and Industry Regulations. Our mission to develop social technology driven solutions, align with effective transparency research providers, implement innovative, fact-based data gathering method’s through; established media, victim testimony, crowd sourced and researcher trained AI data methodologies in order to facilitate the implementation of necessary public safety reporting safeguards, assist in the process to ensure that corrective measures are implemented and to disseminate relevant public safety information. Additional CPNS core objectives include developing reciprocity-based technology platforms to facilitate the education & promotion of individual vulnerable-person advocates, and like-minded grassroots advocacy organizations, furthermore we welcome service contributions of fellow researchers and social technology programmers. CPSN research provides the educational resources to support the vulnerable person and their affected family members to more effectively navigate the complex and often manipulated family court or probate system. The goal being to strengthen the integrity of the courts by networking with other advocate agencies to promote effective vulnerable person legislation and greater attorney & judicial accountability for those white collar professionals whom consistently stray from Federal Acts, State Statutes, Municipal Codes, Occupational License Ethics and Industry Regulations.
