We can all face problems that seem complicated, intimidating or unfair. At Citizens Advice Winchester District, we believe no one should have to face these problems without good quality, independent advice.
Whatever problem an individual is facing, our friendly advice team is there to support them with compassion and without judgement. Our advice helps people to overcome their problems, uphold their rights and create a fairer society.
Our free advice service is open to everyone and can help with a wide range of issues including: money and debt advice; support with benefits applications and appeals; housing rights and homelessness; employment queries; and family issues.
Citizens Advice Winchester District is an independent registered charity and a member of the national Citizens Advice network of England and Wales. The service relies on a large number of trained volunteers to deliver their advice alongside a small paid staff team.
