Circle is a B2B learning system SaaS tool that can amplify the outcomes of learning & development programs that companies invest in by driving employees’ self-directed learning. It increases employees’ rate of learning activity, supports their self-guided learning, and ensures the long-term impact of instructor-led short courses on behaviour. We do this by providing employees something similar to a virtual coach in their pockets. Circle helps working professionals develop reflective practices with the goal of identifying what they want to learn. By doing weekly reflections (less than 5min via the webapp or chatbot), they’ll uncover what they want to learn whilst sharing that data with us. Our machine learning algorithms then provide learning goal recommendations, giving them an opportunity to take action.
