We are a small, personally working consulting firm. At Ciconsult, we believe that anyone and everyone can - and will - achieve great things if only the structures are right, the framework fits. We set out to support organizations in creating exactly the framework that employees need in order to develop and apply their talents to the cause. To do this, we rely on our many years of experience, great knowledge of human nature and our expertise in the field of change management, process management and digitalization. Our roles vary between consultant, coach, sparring partner, manager and facilitator.
