Church & State Business Incubator

Church & State is about community and altruism - not profit. We are a no-strings-attached business incubator and co-working entrepreneur center in Salt Lake City. A place where startups looking for resources and community support can seek refuge from predatory investors and incubators that demand position or percentage in exchange for services. Church & State has invested in clearing 100% of the debt and liability from this project to create a truly transparent and altruistic platform. In doing so, we've rewritten the traditional incubator model. Church & State has no lease, no mortgage, no tax liabilities, and no cash burden, so all of our participants—from startups to entrepreneurs—gain access to our services. We are creating an open ecosystem for startup businesses to partake in. When we say our resources come included to the entrepreneur, we mean it. No cash, no debt, no obligations—just the opportunity to make a difference. We offer co-working space and private offices in addition to our incubator programs to give every startup that extra leg up. So come stop by our 1893 building in downtown Salt Lake City.
